Are your products made to order?
Yes. All our products are made to order. This means each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.


How long does production take?
Production usually takes 2–5 business days. During busy periods, it may take slightly longer.


How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed.


Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Europe.


What if I ordered the wrong size?
Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selection. Please carefully check the size chart before ordering.


What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at solicastudio@hotmail.com, including your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a refund at no extra cost.


Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed, production begins shortly after. For this reason, cancellations or changes are usually not possible.
