Shipping Information
All of our products are made to order. This means that once you place an order, your item is produced specifically for you before it is shipped.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout but are not guaranteed.
Please note that shipping times do not include processing time.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to European countries only. Available destinations are shown at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- shipping carriers
- customs clearance
- weather conditions
- or other factors outside our control
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us and the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where possible, but Solica Studio is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
